Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for sales? We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products and services. If you have the drive to achieve sales targets and the ability to connect with customers quickly, this position is for you!

In this role, you will:

  • Outbound Calling: We conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services and engage in conversations designed to discover sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads by gauging customer interest and identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Sales Goals: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales goals as set by the sales management team.
  • Customer Information: Gather and record customer information, needs, and responses into the database.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to present and discuss them professionally and accurately with potential customers.
  • Follow-up: Follow up on initial contacts, schedule sales appointments, and provide additional information to potential clients as needed.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring they are communicated and implemented within the team.
