  • Community Manager: Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage social media partnerships with other brands; and handle customer service issues promptly.
  • Data Analyst: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of campaigns and overall social media activity, using insights to refine strategies and increase effectiveness.
  • Campaign Strategist: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with our marketing objectives, ensuring they deliver measurable results.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent and amplify our brand identity across all social channels, ensuring a consistent voice and style.
  • Collaborator: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer interactions across all digital platforms.
