In this role, you will:

  • Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, updating listings, and maintaining client databases to ensure the real estate team operates smoothly.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses and routing messages to the appropriate team member.
  • Listing Management: Assist with posting and updating property listings on various real estate platforms and websites to ensure accuracy and attractiveness to potential buyers.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and edit various documents, including contracts, leases, and closing statements, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with industry standards.
  • Market Research: Research property listings, market trends, and comparable sales to support the team’s marketing and sales efforts.
  • Social Media Assistance: Help manage social media accounts related to the real estate business, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and creating content highlighting current listings and services.
  • Transaction Coordination: I assist with coordinating property transactions from the initial contract to closing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and all parties are informed of the process.
