In this role, you will:

  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary contact for all tenant communications, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee and schedule repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure properties are maintained to high standards. Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions.
  • Lease Management: Manage leasing processes, including marketing vacancies, screening tenants, negotiating leases, and enforcing lease terms.
  • Financial Management: Collect rent, manage property budgets, and handle all financial operations, including invoicing, expenses, and reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure all property activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors, including maintenance companies, landscapers, and construction contractors.
  • Emergency Response: We are available to respond to emergencies and urgent issues as they arise, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
